Terms of Service for Rem

Welcome to Rem!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rem mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by AIgnition, Inc. (“AIgnition,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Rem, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use Rem, you must:
Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
Rem allows you to upload, post, and share content including photos, videos, comments, and messages (“User Content”).
A. Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and share.
B. License to Rem
By posting User Content, you grant AIgnition, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Host, store, display, distribute, and reproduce your content
Provide and improve the Service
Promote Rem (e.g., showing posts in feeds or discovery sections)
This license ends when your content is deleted, except where content has been shared with others or is required for legal purposes.
C. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Rem to:
Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Harass, threaten, or exploit others
Upload content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit
Impersonate another person or entity
Infringe intellectual property rights
Distribute spam, scams, or malware
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or systems
Use Rem in any way that violates applicable laws
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
5. Community Safety and Moderation
We may (but are not obligated to):
Monitor content
Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms
Investigate and take action against users for misconduct
Rem is not responsible for User Content posted by others.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logo, software, and features, is owned by AIgnition, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute Rem’s software or branding
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use our trademarks without permission
7. Third-Party Services
Rem may contain links or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party content
Their privacy practices
External websites or services
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Termination
You may stop using Rem at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
Your behavior creates risk or legal exposure
Required by law
Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rem is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Content will always be available or secure
The platform will meet your expectations
Use Rem at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIgnition, Inc. is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Harm caused by other users
Unauthorized access or content removal
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use Rem (if any), or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIgnition, Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of Rem
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
